Once we've captured compelling imagery and materials have been created, your listing will be featured on the local Multiple Listing Service, (MLS), villagesite.com, and a plethora of affiliate and syndicated websites. Broker's tours will be held during the week (with your approval), and we will gather feedback from other Agents as to how the property is positioned. A welcoming, carefully considered, and optimal showing path will be developed.
Our Marketing team will work with your Agent to create a custom marketing plan, including beautiful and vivid marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, and postcards.
