rica has lived in Lake County since the 1980s & knows the county well. Before entering real estate in 1991, she was in banking for 15 years, including Bank of America. Thus, she's very familiar with the ins & outs of real estate financing. With her sister Petra, she has built and sold many homes in Lake County and Hidden Valley Lake over the years. A native of Sweden, Erica loves the outdoors and nature.
